What we found in the data that nobody else publishes
Each page here answers a question with a FIGURE, not with a concept — and every figure came out of our own database, not from hand-written text. Several of them were born from a defect of ours that the data revealed.
What changed in the last 30 days
Filings that became public and those re-filed, dividends, fund distributions, splits and ticker changes — with the date each dataset reaches. The reason to come back tomorrow.
What changed in the numbers: the watcher
Profit turned into loss, margin and debt changing band, restated statements and the confidence flag changing colour — each event with both numbers, both periods and the CVM filing, plus the monthly counter.
Restated filings
When a company redoes a fiscal year we keep both versions. One in three years has a restated line — and when it is restated, the figure GOES DOWN.
Debenture covenants
The contract's EBITDA is not the income statement's: a little over half the definitions carry an adjustment no outsider can reproduce.
How long a filing takes to exist
Between fiscal year end and the filing being public there are 101 days on average. It is the look-ahead almost nobody lags for.
Ticker changes
When a stock changes code its history breaks silently: 37 dated changes and 79,000 orphaned sessions for anyone downloading by ticker.
Re-filed documents
The date the regulator serves belongs to the LAST re-filing, not the first publication — and that aged 100 of our multiples.
Splits and reverse splits
902 events checked against the actual price gap, and 41 the exchange does not publish — found by crossing share count with price.
What we got wrong, and fixed
The defects we found in our own database, dated, each with the test that now keeps it from coming back.
Our limits
Survivorship bias with a SIZE: 400 companies left the register since 2010 and none of them is in the base.
The ones that left
771 companies filed statements and are not in the base. Which ones, how much history each has, and why only 11% can be reconstructed.
Data quality
What we withhold, how much, and why — flag by flag.
Reading the regulator's files
Every trap in the public file, with the count from our own base. All of them bit us first.
The bank chart of accounts
Banks and insurers use their own account codes. Filtering by the common code returns empty and leads to a wrong conclusion.
ISSB and the repeal of mandatory reporting
Sustainability reporting was to become mandatory from 2026. It was REPEALED on 29 May 2026 — nearly everything published before that is out of date.
